Emptiness And Pain

I can think of younger days when living for my life
Was everything a man could want to do.
I could never see tomorrow, but I was never told about the sorrow.

And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees
And misty memories of days gone by
We could never see tomorrow, noone said a word about the sorrow.

And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

Debbie when you left me you unknowingly took my heart with you and rightly so because it belonged to you.
I can never love another and there is no mending this broken heart of mine.
My heart will always be broken until I'm in your loving arms again my darling.
Debbie I love you so much doll , you were my everything, my heart and soul.
Love always
John

time will mend but never completely heal your broken heart; I can't imagine your pain but I'm glad you are writing about it, to express it and to get out your feelings about your love for Debbie

This song really expresses your feelings at this time. I am so sad for you my friend. I know Debbie is watching out for you though and loving you always.

Just beautiful feelings here. Writing is a good way to let it out. I have been meaning to say I like the picture of you and Debbie on your side bar.

Such a beautiful song and beautiful words to Debbie. Some broken hearts never mend but with time they do get bearable.
