This country is going to hell in a hand basket!
Just like anyone can have kids without getting tested. But everyone gets tested to drive. Point being for safety and they don't think a child's safety is important? (Hugs)Indigo

I wish we had a magic potion to save our children from going down the wrong road and free and safe from harm.
