I Bought a book on depression but it is to depressing to read!

I found the same thing to be true. I think sometimes depression is something you just have to work thru one day at a time. I agree with Dawn...maybe you should read novels, westerns or something that helps you "escape". But rememberm you have everyright to be sad...you've had a huge loss. Only time will begin to erase the pain. Meanwhile try and get out everyday, get some fresh air and enjoy your surroundings. Linda in Washington

yeah it is that way! :)
well I read this book hat told me when my stepfather passed that I missed all of the ways he mirrored my good sides.It was a good book.
May you be comforted by the fact that Debby is a great angel looking over you..I know it will not take the pain away but she still id with you Johnny I believe... God Bless you and keep you warm and safe in his hands

Thinking of you today....praying for your gradual return to a place of peace and tranquillity....sounds very pious I know..
Sermon on Sunday was by a Louie Giglio (via tape) and his message was "When Life Hurts Most" and what is our anchor of hope.
I always bring kleenex into the service as I cry very easily and of course ta da...no exception.
The words of his message were a balm to the soul.
