But I prefer a 'sour mash' like JD-7 [Jack Daniels, aged 7 years] and I love champagne, Brut and extra dry. My wife is cooking some steaks right now so I can have something in my stomach. Woo Woo!
I don't put much into all the silly superstitions that go with New Year's Eve... but I was raised to enjoy pickled pigs feet and Herring. On our farm in S.E. WI, that was the only time we tasted that stuff.
